I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law. After graduating from law school, I clerked for United States District Judge James M. Rosenbaum in Minneapolis (1987-1989). Following the clerkship, I worked as an associate and partner at the Robins, Kaplan, Miller and Ciresi firm's Minneapolis office. Since around 2000, I have had my own firm representing individuals in cases involving all types of personal injury and wrongful death - automobile accidents, police brutality and excessive force, medical malpractice - all types of employment law, and criminal defense before federal and state courts.
